REVIEW: Feminists Don't Wear Pink (And Other Lies)

"Acknowledge that the patriarchy is a cult that so many of us have been enrolled in without our consent and that de-programming may take a while."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I confess that I don't like pink, and that is probably down to the fact that I try to push away anything obviously put on women and girls by the patriarchy. But it's just a colour, and liking it doesn't stop anyone from being a bad-ass feminist.

This whole book is full of fantastic essays and pieces by wonderful women, each of them bringing something new to the feminist movement.

I have to say though, that the piece written by Keira Knightley was one of the most powerful essays I've ever read.

Feminists - broaden your mind with this book. It's definitely worth a read. 💪💪💪
